BE1st builds complete websites for local businesses and runs them after. You already know owners who need one. Register the name here. When their site goes live and their payment clears, you get paid a percentage of what they paid. Nothing is asked of you in between.
Register the business before we know it. When they sign and pay, you keep a cut. Nothing is asked of you in between.
Register a name → It is my own business Get your own siteYou are not referring anyone, you want the build. Same studio, different door. A real preview in 48 hours, no card and no call.
See yours →Of the build price, on each of your first three names that signs and pays. A $3,000 build pays you $300. A $6,000 build pays $600.
The rate goes up once three of your names have closed. Same build, half again as much to you.
Close five and you can take a seller seat. You set the price yourself, never below $3,000, and keep $500 plus 40% of everything above the floor. Sell at $5,000 and that is $1,300.
A referral counts when you send the name before BE1st has talked to that business.
The moment you submit, our server records the time. That record is yours. If the same business ever comes in through another door, the earliest timestamp wins, so send the name first, even if all you have is a name and a city. Details can wait.
The calls, the demo build, the pitch, the close. Nothing is asked of you after you hit submit. Telling the owner to expect us helps, but it is not required.
10% of the build price on each of your first three closed referrals, 15% on the fourth and fifth. Never less than $200 on any closed referral, because we price some trades lower than others and that is our problem, not yours. The fee is on the build, not a cut of ongoing service. Work over $10,000 and multi-site jobs are scoped person to person.
Never on a signature, and never on a handshake. The fee goes out about 30 days after their payment clears, and the wait is not us sitting on your money. If a client refunds after we have already paid you, that money is gone, so we let their payment settle first. Once it clears the window, your fee goes out without you asking. If the client refunds or cancels before the window closes, the referral does not pay out. Better you read that here on day one than hear it from us later.
IRS rule, not ours. One form, once, and you get a 1099-NEC in January. Nothing is needed before that.
At your fifth closed referral you are offered a seller seat: instead of a percentage, you set the price, never below $3,000, and keep $500 plus 40% of everything above the floor. Same rail our agents run on. On a $5,000 sale that is $1,300, and moving a client up is worth real money to you instead of to us.
Three required fields. Everything else helps, but it can come later.
This is what protects your claim. If the same business ever comes in through another door, the earliest timestamp wins, and this one is yours.
Then you are not a referrer, you are the reason the program exists. Tell me where to find you and I will build a real preview of your site within 48 hours. No card, no call, no commitment. If you like it we talk, and if you do not you have lost nothing.
